THE ROLE
At Globe 24-7, we connect world-class mining talent with the industry’s leading companies. As a Recruitment Administrator – APAC, you will be the backbone of our regional team, ensuring smooth operations and enabling success across recruitment, business development, and office administration.
Reporting to the Regional Manager while working closely with the Lead Recruitment Administrator, this role is critical in maintaining best practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing team efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for company best practices, playing a vital role in productivity, engagement, and alignment across your region. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your support will directly contribute to the success of the Search and Business Development teams. This is a fixed-term contract role covering a maternity leave period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide recruitment support, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and database management.
- Maintain and update Globe’s CRM system with high accuracy.
- Create job advertisements, executive summaries, proposals, and reports to support Search and Business Development teams.
- Assist with business development tasks, including market research, lead generation, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate and support client proposals, presentations, and branding efforts.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and candidates to encourage repeat business.
- Support onboarding and internal training for new and existing employees.
- Organise team events, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee office operations, IT support, travel arrangements, and general administration.
- Ensure alignment with company best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in business administration, recruitment, or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven understanding of recruitment processes and experience supporting both clients and candidates.
- Self-starter and a team player with a proactive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced and global environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively across various projects and teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (tech-savviness is a plus!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable.
