Alastair brings over 20 years of experience within the African, European, and Asia Pacific markets, having worked globally in Consulting, Executive HR, and Senior Commercial roles across a range of industrial sectors, including mining and oil & gas. Alastair has held executive roles across both Fortune 100 and start-up organizations and is regarded as a novel thought leader in HR and talent acquisition practices, often presenting and lecturing at a variety of conferences and universities around the world. Alastair was also responsible for the development of the largest RPO (client-side) build in British talent acquisition history working with renowned global recruitment businesses.
Justin has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and business improvement within the recruitment industry. He has extensive recruitment knowledge, initially working for Globe as a consultant and later joining the company to manage strategic initiatives and drive overall business improvement. Prior to Globe, Justin was Managing Director at Tarsia Consulting, Group General Manager at Engineering Trades Australia and General Manager at Tecside.
Brett brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and management, with over 20 years working with multinational enterprises across the globe. He has in-depth knowledge of partnering with companies to help them achieve their best outcomes when searching for talent, particularly within resources, logistics, construction and chemical industries. With first-hand experience and success recruiting in Africa, Middle East, APAC and South America for both local and expatriate talent, Brett and his team, are able to support all areas of mining recruitment.
Maira has been delivering excellence since 2007 in strategic roles for international human resources consulting companies on energy and allied industries in locations around the world. Fluent in three languages, Maira has been responsible for the start-up of companies in Brazil and the development and consolidation of local businesses. She has strong management skills and can develop deep relationships both with the internal team and clients. During her career in HR, she had the opportunity to lead RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) projects, recruiting hundreds of people in different locations. Maira has her degree in Corporate Law and a master’s in Business Administration.
