Jon Wilson is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Management Consultant. He joined Globe 24-7 as Executive Chair in May 2026 following Globe’s acquisition of 3Pillars Asia Pacific. He also Chairs the Board of Catmacs WA, a privately owned company which is the master distributor for Easylube Single Point Lubrication products in Australia and New Zealand. Jon is a Registered Psychologist and organisational development specialist with a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology. As founder and Managing Director of 3Pillars Asia Pacific, Jon built a multi-disciplined consulting business focused on strategic advice to leaders, workforce solutions and organisational culture development across resources, infrastructure, defence and government sectors. His work spans strategic planning, workforce strategy, organisational design and leadership advisory.

Alastair brings over 20 years of experience within the African, European, and Asia Pacific markets, having worked globally in Consulting, Executive HR, and Senior Commercial roles across a range of industrial sectors, including mining and oil & gas. Alastair has held executive roles across both Fortune 100 and start-up organizations and is regarded as a novel thought leader in HR and talent acquisition practices, often presenting and lecturing at a variety of conferences and universities around the world. Alastair was also responsible for the development of the largest RPO (client-side) build in British talent acquisition history working with renowned global recruitment businesses.

Dana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She brings 15 years of experience in mining industry accounting, 15+ years in leadership roles for a staffing firm as well as one of the largest gold producers in the world where she was responsible for leading approximately 1500 c-suite, technical professional, and skilled trades hires per year. Dana co-founded P&C Recruiting and HR with Rhonda Zuraff in 2017.

Dana is involved in several state mining trade associations as well as the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified trainer for DISC personality and behaviour assessing.

Rhonda Zuraff is a co-founder of P&C Recruiting | HR and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, complemented by graduate-level studies in the same field. She brings over 20 years of experience in operational leadership across the media and mining industries. Rhonda serves on the University of Utah Mining Engineering Advisory Board and co-chairs the American Exploration and Mining Association Workforce Committee. She holds a SHRM-SCP designation and a trainer certification from Crucial Learning.

Rhonda co-founded P&C in 2017 and is an active member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, the Society for Human Resource Management and several state mining trade associations.

Justin has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and business improvement within the recruitment industry. He has extensive recruitment knowledge, initially working for Globe as a consultant and later joining the company to manage strategic initiatives and drive overall business improvement.  Prior to Globe, Justin was Managing Director at Tarsia Consulting, Group General Manager at Engineering Trades Australia and General Manager at Tecside.

Bevan is an experienced Global Head of Talent Acquisition with a demonstrated history of success in building and leading high-performing in-house recruitment teams across diverse regions. Previously to Globe, he was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Rio Tinto, where he developed and executed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, optimised recruitment processes, and fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence within multinational teams. Now at Globe, he will utilize his skills in aligning talent acquisition strategies with our business objectives to drive organisational growth and success.

Ivonne Alfonso is a strategic finance leader who has spent over nine years at Globe 24-7, progressing from Financial Accountant to Head of Finance and now leading the company’s global finance function. A longstanding member of the Senior Leadership Team, Ivonne has been central to Globe 24-7’s growth trajectory, helping guide the finance function through a period in which the company has nearly doubled its revenue. She oversees end-to-end finance operations across 12 countries, partnering with the CEO and regional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, payroll and global consolidation. Fluent in Spanish and English, Ivonne built her early career in international finance across Latin America before relocating to Australia, bringing a distinctive cross-border perspective to Globe 24-7’s continued global expansion.
