Leading Mining OEM requires experienced Manufacturing Leader in an exciting, and newly created, role; at a time of unprecedented global growth.
Our client is a leading OEM in the world of mining; and behind much of the complex processing, and conveying, on many of the worlds largest mining operations.
Due to continued success, they now seek an experienced Manufacturing Leader to manage ALL domestic, Australian, manufacturing sites.
The successful candidate will be able to be based in either Melbourne or Brisbane; and a full relocation package will be provided.
An agent of change, you will not only run the day-to-day countrywide manufacturing operations, but also integrate other production lines, and their staff, into the business; as current, and future, M&A unfolds.
Subsequently, we are particularly interested to hear from those with heavy industry manufacturing experience, and at a strategic level. We are not seeking expressions of interest from those with current hands on / shop floor backgrounds.
This is a real opportunity to drive APAC manufacturing efficiency, and contribute to the development of global manufacturing policies.
