Globe 24-7, in collaboration with a highly successful, global, Perth head quartered, mining consulting firm, is seeking a Head of Data Management (Geology), in an exciting newly created role.
Position Overview
This is your chance to shape global data management, and its digitisation, for this long established organisation.
Our client runs a highly collaborative, and friendly team, who work on a flexible basis; two days from home, and three in the office; from their global head quarters in trendy Fremantle.
Boasting a varied client base, exclusively in mining, our client provides geological data management for some of the worlds leading explorers, juniors, mid-tiers, and beyond.
This role will suit a qualified geologist, or mining engineer, looking for a corporate position; and that elusive work / life balance in the mining industry.
Consulting or mining ‘product’ experience is not important, but we are particularly interested to hear from qualified geologists or mining engineers, with operations experience, and some sort of exposure to data management; particularly database management, data integrity, and workflow automation.
Your role will be to manage a small global team that interface with the companies client base; and bring ideas and change to data automation and the digital vision of the companies products and offerings.
