The Company
Globe 24-7, in partnership with a globally recognized consultancy and trusted advisor across the critical minerals and battery metals value chain—including mining companies, refiners, manufacturers, OEMs, end-users, recyclers, investors, and governmental bodies—is seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join their team. This role is based in the United Kingdom.
 
The Role
This role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling high-value consulting and market intelligence services within the battery and niche metals supply chain. The ideal candidate will lead sales and marketing initiatives, secure new business opportunities, and expand the consultancy’s market presence. As a key player in a highly competitive landscape, you will position the company’s services as a trusted resource, helping clients navigate market trends, supply chain dynamics, and strategic decision-making. The Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to position the consultancy and market intelligence services as a leading authority in the battery sector.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns that clearly communicate the unique value of the company’s offerings, driving client engagement.
  • Increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.
  • Craft tailored proposals that align with client needs, ensuring a high conversion rate and long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly assess sales and marketing performance, refining strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by expanding business opportunities in battery raw materials across the UK and global markets.

 
The Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultancy, with a strong ability to navigate the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strong knowledge of the battery raw materials market and related commodities.
  • Hands-on experience in sales leadership, particularly in international markets.
  • A well-established network within the battery materials industry.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for industry conferences and client meetings.
