Like many industries, recent times have shown that much has changed for the better, and we definitely see that here in mining, but we all still have a long way to go to achieve gender equity.
We sat down (virtually!) with newly appointed Project Procurement Lead, Anneke Jacobs at Eramet to talk about her experience and observations as a woman in the mining industry.
