Stuart has extensive experience in partnering with Junior, Mid-Tier & Tier 1 Mining Owner Teams globally. He also has a proven track record of delivering highly bespoke specialist support, and is skilled at attracting valuable, key industry candidates. Stuarts’ operational experience covers areas such as Metallurgy, Maintenance, Technical Services, Senior Management and Corporate positions. He has placed at all levels within operations from Chief Operating Officer to Mine Engineers & Plant Metallurgists.
In addition, Stuart has also completed talent pipeline mapping, salary surveys and talent attraction strategies for critical talent segments.
Having spent the last four years working on challenging assignments in over 36 countries covering both corporate head office roles, remote mine site FIFO & residential positions, Stuart brings to Globe 24-7 a deep understanding of the challenges mining owner teams are currently facing and what can be done to overcome them. In the local Australian market Stuart has placed individuals in the following residential locations: Cobar, Broken Hill, Mt.Isa, Port Pirie, Whyalla, Pilbara, Orange & North Queensland.
