Our client is a multi-billion dollar market cap organisation, with tens of thousands of employees in all four corners of the globe.
Specialising in high-end industrial technology, and process, consulting, they now have an exciting opportunity for ‘Partner’ to lead the Australian mid-tier mining market.
Reporting to the Director of Global Consulting, this newly created opportunity can be worked from any Australian point of hire; although Perth or Brisbane would be preferable.
This is an important role in the organisation, with global, high level executive visibility. It is remunerated accordingly, and we are targeting those with commensurate experience at the c.$350kAUD-$370kAUD base level, with additional performance incentive to realistically realise upwards of c.$500kAUD per annum.
The successful candidate will have a strong mining operations background, at a senior mid-tier level; with likely, recognised, experience that would open relationships in the Australian mid-tier mining market. It is important to note there is already an impressive list of existing clients to leverage from.
The role may suit someone already in mining consulting, or a strong Mine Manager, GM, or COO, who has an interest in the application of high-end enabling technology, and consulting; although no specific experience is required in this technology space; we are specifically chasing experience of mining operations best practice, end-to-end, and the credibility to open relationships; at which point the process moves on to your colleagues in delivery. You will then continue to manage the relationship, and have an input to the projects, at the relationship level, as they unfold.
