Our client, a global mining giant is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced HRD Quality Assurance Administrator, based in Limpopo.
Minimum Requirements:
- Passed Grade 12/Matric
- Code 08 driver’s license
- Min 5 years’ experience in a MQA/QCTO Administrative functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of mine HRD and HR systems and related legislation
- Good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015
- Strong in process / procedure design and learning material development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input into the QMS (Quality Management System)
- Support line management in the training requirement of approved standard operating procedures and MCOP’s, establish competence for role and organizational culture.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of discipline within the area of responsibility.
- Training resources in compliance with best practice.
- Comply to the required control and information systems and track the operation performance.
- Promote Corporate Governance and Company policies and procedures.
- Initiate activities that build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Interpret human resources policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees and management on such.
