The role
 
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, driven and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our talented APAC team.  We are seeking a natural leader with ambition for creating continued opportunities with our clients as well as inspiring and supporting our internal team.  This role is pivotal in meeting client demand and assisting in generating imminent future growth.  This role will be supported by the Regional Manager and Business Development Lead to take the pressure off around business generation so you can focus the bulk of your efforts on delivery and client relationships.
 
Responsibilities

  • Successfully lead and manage recruitment delivery to clients and support the recruitment team.
  • Ensure the team meets their goals and delivers an excellent level of service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients in the APAC region.
  • Dedicated contact for key accounts.
  • Explore opportunities to expand our services with current clients.
  • Develop strategies to grow our business with existing accounts.
  • Oversee and support the recruitment process for technical roles.
  • Involvement in senior level recruitment to place future decision-making c-suite clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive recruitment background, with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, within the mining industry. Ideally with an agency background.
  • Effective team management with proven ability to lead and motivate a high performing team.
  • Proven experience in managing client accounts and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • The ability to leverage and successfully manage our growing business with existing clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative-taker, who likes to push and challenge themselves.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to manage various priorities and meet specific deadlines.
  • Most importantly a collaborator who values relationships and making a positive difference.
