Globe 24-7 is in search of a talented individual to join our team in North America as a Client Relationship Lead. We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual with experience in business development and recruitment within the Mining and Resources or similar industry to continue to grow our client-base throughout North America. This role will suit ambitious business development professionals who are looking for opportunities to develop within an international company, and are ready to lead.

THE POSITION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to work with an amazing team to deliver results for the North American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creatively develop and execute business development and revenue generating strategies focused on our suite of services including HR Consulting, Search and Workforce Development
- Proactively building strong relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensuring a healthy pipeline of new business
- Supporting new and existing clients in North America
- Conducting market research to stay informed of developments in the Mining Industry.
THE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience, and competencies:
- Excellence in customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in English, and desirably Spanish or French language skills.
- 2+ years' experience in sales.
- Experience in the Mining and/or Recruitment Industry is desirable.
- Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
- Has a strong professional network.
- Self-motivated and resilient.
